Becoming (M)Other
Becoming (M)Other is a series of three sculptural works that delve into the intersections of identity, creation, and transformation, with a particular focus on the potential for reproduction after death facilitated by biotechnology. This inquiry resonates with the themes in The Absence of Alice project, which reflects on the uncanny persistence and transformation of cellular life beyond death.
The project was exhibited as part of the M/others and Future Humans exhibition at Testing Grounds as part of the The Anthropocene Campus, Melbourne.
